Maike Dahl wants to bring silver back into daily life. Her cleverly folded vessels have an entirely different appearance than the traditional silverware of earlier generations. Made out of sheet silver, the finished vessels are astonishingly similar to paper crafts or packaging for take-away food. Maike Dahl’s silverware fits perfectly with the zeitgeist of the take away generation: it’s mobile, flexible and independent! It is dishwasher safe and can be polished with a “Glitzie cloth”.
